Probiotech International Continues to Strengthen Its Team with the Arrival of Jennifer Hepples in Customer Experience

Probiotech International is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Hepples as Customer Experience Specialist.

Joining the organization from outside the company, Jennifer brings a fresh perspective along with strong industry knowledge. With more than 15 years of experience, she stands out for her understanding of client realities, her rigour in follow-up and coordination, and her ability to effectively support clients in an evolving environment.

Based in Winnipeg, she will play a key role in supporting Probiotech clients across Canada and the United States, helping strengthen the company’s proximity to these strategic markets.

Her service-oriented approach, listening skills, and attention to detail will support Probiotech’s efforts to deliver a consistent, people-focused, and high-performing client experience.
